I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I trained at WPF Therapy, one of the leading academic and clinical institutions for psychotherapy in the UK. I work both in private practice and in the NHS as an honorary psychotherapist at the City and Hackney Specialist Psychotherapy Service. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling) and adhere to these associations’ professional codes of ethics.
I have experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and across all age groups. It is my belief that many issues stem from difficulties in relating, and for this reason I see relationships as central to my work.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space in which you can begin to understand your experiences, modify unhelpful patterns and test out new ways of relating both to others and to yourself.
I practise in Hackney.
